I am a cultural worker and educator who has built a career in youth development and music. I hold a Masters in Teaching, Music Education from Longy School of Music at Bard College. I started UMAWIT in 2019 as a path to remember and reclaim my voice, artistry, and songs.

I love working with my hands - cooking, baking, gardening, crafting and deeply engaging with my senses through songs, photography, and movement. I love in Long Beach, CA and love living by the water! Hope you’ll come for a visit!
